Ignition burner ZB-series
The ignition burners ZB 20 – ZB 30 are of robust design for industrial furnaces. Installed with an air/gas mixer as well as the ignition electrode they can be easily supervised by a burner control unit or automatic flame guards in the electrode operation. The burners can be supplied with adjusted nozzle or needle valve for gas.
The length will be customer specified up to 16 meters.

Ignition burner ZBxx-Unit series
The ignition burner ZBxx-Unit is a unit of ignition burner, ignition transformator and flame detector. With its extremly robust aluminium body, ZB-Unit are specially designed for industrial use. Just like the ignition burner, the ZB-Unit is equipped with a monitoring electrode and an ignition electrode.

- Maximal: ZB 76-Unit 140kW
- Length: 200mm - 16000mm
- Heating medium: natural gas, coke oven gas, propane, butane, light oil
- Connecting flange according to customes requirements
