Leakage control, consisting of electronic surveillance and additional external pressure switch test independently adjustable in the program enables fast time-point test system startup. Adjustable up to 10 minutes test period examined for adjustment to different test volumes, leakage rates and inlet pressures high security electronic self-monitoring by the EC-type examination and certification.

Application
The leakage control, TC checked before each operation or after any shutdown of a plant with two safety valves, the stabilizing function of both valves.
Its task is to determine an unauthorized leak in one of the gas valves and burners start to prevent it.
The other gas valve continues to work correctly and takes the safe shut off the gas. The European standards EN 746-2 and EN 676 leak checks on demand services over 1200kW.

Specifications

Gas and inlet pressure P_e is dependent on the external pressure monitor. The pressure switch is set to half the supply pressure P_e / 2 The switching differential can not exceed ± 10% of the set operating pressure.
Example:
P_e = 100mbar
set switching pressure P_e / 2 = 50 mbar max. Switching differential 50mbar x 10% = 5mbar, that is, the input and switch between 45mbar and must be 55mbar.

- Remote unlocking by intrusion of the supply voltage on terminal 5
Electrical Connection: Screw terminals 2.5 mm².
Testing time-point switchable by jumper:
with this coming? signal before starting the burner (1) or decreasing? signal after burner run (2). Factory set to test before burner start-up (1).

Installation of the base by screwing or snap-on mounting on DIN rail (35mm).
